Carmen Lindahl

Artist painter, member of "Comité National Monégasque de l'A.I.A.P. - UNESCO".

Having attended the Luxembourg art school Carmen had her first solo exhibition in Paris in 1992 and shortly after was accepted to the “Salon de Printemps”. Initially she did naturalistic oil paintings that transformed into her own interpretations of various objects, allowing her to explore colour and depth. Settling in Stockholm she pursued her studies in several techniques while exhibiting. She is represented in several Swedish townships and exhibited her colourful bronze mice at “Liljevalchs”.

She gained membership in the Swedish Artists’ Association and received the members award. All the time developing her oil painting techniques she also made prints, porcelain and ink drawings.
Now with her studio in the old town in Menton her focus is on the world of local plants with her latest endeavour in ceramics.
